By opening an account on this website, or by visiting or using any section of it (the "Website"), you accept these Terms and Conditions, the rules of any of the games, the terms of promotional activities, bonuses and special offers, and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them. If for any reason you are not ready to accept the Terms, do not open an account and do not continue using the Website. By continuing to use the Website you confirm your acceptance of the Terms.

The Website is operated by PrimePunter ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").

We reserve the right to edit, update and change these Terms for reasons related to customer service or to changes in laws and regulations. Whenever the Terms are changed or updated, the revised version will be published on the Website, and you are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the current Terms.

If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account and stop using the Website. If you continue to use any part of the Website after the effective date of the revised Terms, we consider this to be consent to and acceptance of the revised Terms.

The services of the Website cannot be used by persons under the age of 18. Use of the Website by a person under 18 is a violation of the Terms. The Company has the right to request documentary confirmation of a player's age at any stage and to suspend an account until such confirmation is provided.

You use the services provided by the Website at your own choice and discretion. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Website is lawful under the laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction. You understand and accept that online betting may be illegal in some jurisdictions and that the Company cannot provide you with legal advice or guarantees regarding the legality of your use of the Website.

You are solely responsible for paying all taxes and fees applicable to any winnings received as a result of using the Website, and for reporting winnings and losses to the relevant authorities where required.

To use the services of the Website you must open an account, providing a valid email address and accurate personal information, including your name, date of birth and country. You confirm that all information you provide during registration and at any later time is true, complete and up to date, and that you will correct it promptly if it changes.

You may open only one account on the Website. Any additional accounts opened by you will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed. All transactions made from a duplicate account may be declared invalid, and any winnings or bonuses received while using a duplicate account may be forfeited.

Your login credentials must remain confidential. You are fully responsible for the safety of your credentials and for all actions and transactions carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach, you must notify the Company immediately.

You warrant, confirm and agree that:

• You have reached the age legally permitted to participate in betting under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are the rightful owner of the funds in your account, and all payment methods used are registered in your own name.
• You understand that you may lose money while using the Website and that you are solely responsible for any such losses.

By accepting the Terms, you agree that the Company may periodically conduct checks, at its own discretion or at the request of third parties (including regulatory authorities), to confirm your identity and contact information. The Company may limit withdrawals while such checks are in progress and may suspend or close your account if you provide false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information.

Identity verification on the Website is optional for regular play, but the Company reserves the right to require verification in cases of suspicious activity, at the request of payment providers, or as required by law.

To place bets on the Website you must first deposit funds into your account. Your account balance is held in US dollars; deposits made in other currencies or in cryptocurrency are converted at the rate shown at the time of the transaction.

You confirm and agree that:

• The funds you deposit do not have a criminal, illegal or unauthorized origin.
• You will deposit only from accounts, wallets or payment methods registered in your own name. Funds from third parties are not accepted.
• You will not reverse, dispute or charge back any payment made by you in order to avoid a legitimate liability.

Deposits are credited to your account only after they have been confirmed by the payment provider. The Company reserves the right to block an account, cancel payments and recover winnings in the case of suspicious or fraudulent deposits, and to inform the relevant authorities of any payment fraud or other illegal activity.

Your account is not a bank account. No deposit insurance or similar protection applies to it, and no interest is accrued on the funds held in your account.

You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided that all payments to your account have cleared and any verification requested under Section 5 has been completed. Withdrawals are paid only to payment details registered in your own name.

The Company does not add its own fee to withdrawals; however, third-party banking or network costs outside the Company's control may apply. Withdrawal requests are processed seven days a week, and the Company is not responsible for delays occurring at the payment provider or the receiving bank after a request has been dispatched.

All odds on the Website are displayed in decimal format. Odds may change at any time before a bet is accepted. If the odds of any selection change between the moment you build your bet slip and the moment you confirm the bet, the bet will not be accepted automatically: you will be shown the new odds and asked to confirm them before the bet is placed.

A bet is valid only once it has been accepted by the Company and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Before confirming a bet, make sure that all details of the bet are correct; you are responsible for the accuracy of your bets.

Bets are settled automatically on the basis of official results of the relevant matches and competitions. If an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the period recognized by the official source, affected selections may be voided and the stake returned in accordance with standard settlement practice. The Company reserves the right to correct the settlement of any bet settled in error.

The Company may set minimum and maximum stakes and maximum winnings, and may refuse any bet or part of a bet at its own discretion.

For selected events the Website offers betting while the event is in progress. Live odds change rapidly, and the Company may briefly suspend markets at any time. Bets placed on live markets are subject to the same acceptance and confirmation rules described in Section 8. The Company is not responsible for bets that could not be placed because a market was suspended or odds were no longer available.

The Company may offer bonuses and promotions, including referral rewards, deposit match bonuses and welcome bonuses. Each bonus is subject to its own conditions as displayed on the Website at the time of the offer.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses, and to close accounts, where it identifies bonus abuse — including the use of duplicate accounts, colluding accounts or any arrangement designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play.

In addition to sports betting, the Website may offer games of chance such as the PrimeJet crash game. Round results are generated by a provably fair mechanism and are final. The rules of each game, as displayed inside the game, form part of these Terms.

The following practices are prohibited and constitute a material breach of the Terms:

• Collusion with other players, or betting arrangements designed to defraud the Company.
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Use of automated software, bots or any device that distorts normal play.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software defects or incomplete information ("errors and omissions").

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts involved in such activity, void the relevant bets, withhold associated winnings and report the activity to the competent authorities.

Betting should be entertainment, not a source of income. Never chase losses and only stake what you can afford. The Company offers self-exclusion: if you wish to exclude yourself from play, contact support and specify a period between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion is permanent for the chosen period and cannot be undone. Further information is available on our License page.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any verified balance will be paid out to you subject to these Terms. The Company may suspend or close your account, without prior notice, where required by law, where these Terms have been breached, or where the Company reasonably suspects fraud, collusion or other prohibited activity.

The Company makes every effort to avoid errors in odds, markets and settlement. However, where a bet has been accepted at materially incorrect odds, on a market published in error, or settled incorrectly, the Company reserves the right to void the bet or to resettle it at the correct odds. Balances credited in error do not belong to you, and the Company may reverse such credits; you agree to return any funds withdrawn as a result of an error.

All content on the Website — including the PrimePunter name and logo, page designs, text, graphics and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use any part of the Website other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the services.

The Website and its services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from interruptions, technical failures, transmission errors or unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you have a complaint, contact our support first: all disputes about a payout, a blocked account, a delay or a broken feature should be raised with the Company before any third party. We aim to resolve complaints promptly. If no resolution can be found, you may refer the matter to the independent bodies referenced on our License page.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Company's place of registration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
